WHAT MAKES THIS CHOCOLATE CHIP BANAN BREAD SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS?
- You only need a few basic ingredients
- All ingredients are wholesome
- You only need a ½ cup raw sugar in the entire bread
- This bread is very versatile and freezes well
- They are perfect for breakfast or snack
- They are kid and husband approved
Ingredients:
- Butter, preferable Irish grass-fed
- Sugar, preferable raw cane sugar
- Eggs, preferably cage free or pasture raised
- Bananas
- Milk
- Baking soda
- Baking powder
- Vanilla extract
- Sea salt
- Cinnamon
- Whole wheat pastry flour (you can also use all purpose or spelt flour)
How to make the chocolate chip banana bread:
All you need is a mixing bowl and a fork. But you can also use an electric hand mixer or a sand mixer

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mash bananas with a fork and add sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt and cinnamon. Mix well
- Melt butter in the microwave and once it cools down, add it to the wet mixture
- Combine all dry ingredients and add to batter
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and transfer to the prepared loaf pan (lined with parchment paper)
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean
- Let the bread cool down completely before slicing
